Communication is key when it comes to customer care. While running your network, you’ll inevitably need to make announcements to your customers.

WP Ultimo comes with a feature called Broadcasts that aims to give you that capability – either by adding admin notices to the admin panel or by sending them an email. Broadcasts also offers targeting, so you can send announcements to a specific sub-set of your customers, filtering by product, for example.

In this course we’ll learn how to use Broadcasts to create announcements in all the different ways they can be created and sent to your customer base.
